TENDER LOVING CARE
Dark Green Echeveria (Echeveria atroviridis, also known as Echeveria ‘Atroviridis Forest’) thrives in bright, indirect to direct light. This rare species produces deep, forest-green rosettes that develop beautiful red margins in bright light.
Water only when the soil is completely dry. Like all Echeverias, it stores moisture in its fleshy leaves and is highly drought-tolerant. Use a pot with excellent drainage to avoid root rot.
Its rich dark green, slightly waxy rosette leaves set it apart from more common Echeveria varieties. The deeper the color, the more striking it looks as a specimen plant or in mixed succulent arrangements.
Use well-draining cactus or succulent soil and fertilize lightly once a month during spring and summer.
