TENDER LOVING CARE
Shrimp Plants are relatively easy to grow but do require some tender loving care. This is an evergreen shrub that requires bright indoor light but not full midday sun.
These plants grow in well-draining soil and prefer acidic soil.
Shrimp Plants prefer to be consistently moist but watering should be reduced in the winter. They prefer high humidity so should be misted regularly. Keep them in areas above 60 degrees and avoid drafts or air-conditioning vents.
Fertilize weekly during the growing season with liquid fertilizer.
These plants do require pruning every spring in order to encourage bushiness in the plant and vigorous blooms.
