TENDER LOVING CARE

Philodendron Green Princess should be placed in medium to bright, indirect light. Do not place in direct sunlight as the leaves will burn. This plant will tolerate some direct sun in the winter.

Water when the top 2 inches of soil is dry about once per week. More often in the summer. Don’t allow it to sit in wet or soggy soil to prevent root rot. This plant does not mind drying out but overwatering is not tolerated. Provide a humid environment for the plant to thrive.

Dust this plant monthly to keep the leaves shiny and to help with photosynthesis.

Rotate regularly to ensure even growth. Prune to remove dead leaves. You can cut off the base of the leaf stem of the primary plant trunk. If the leaves are dense, the leaves should be cut off as close to the soil as possible.

Fertilize once a month during the growing season. Use diluted liquid houseplant fertilizer.
