MODERATE CARE
Philodendron Goldeii will tolerate most lighting conditions from low light to bright, indirect light. It does best in bright, indirect light. It can tolerate a small amount of direct sunlight if it is not searingly hot.
Water when the top 2 inches of soil is dry about once per week. Don’t allow it to sit in wet or soggy soil to prevent root rot.
Philo Goldeii prefers a humid environment. If the leaf tips dry out, you might want to mist or add a humidifier.
Rotate regularly to ensure even growth. Prune to remove dead leaves. You can cut off the base of the leaf stem of the primary plant trunk. If the leaves are dense, the leaves should be cut off as close to the soil as possible.
Fertilize once a month or every 2 weeks during Spring to Summer. Cut back to monthly in Fall and Winter. Use diluted liquid houseplant fertilizer.
