TENDER LOVING CARE


Oxalis needs bright light to produce bright and vibrant foliage and flowers. It should not be placed where it will get above 75 F. No direct sunlight for this plant.

Place it in moist, well-drained soil. Water only when the top of the soil becomes dry.

You can feed it with a regular houseplant fertilizer when it is not dormant. This plant has a period of dormancy during the summer. When it dies back, it needs a period of darkness. Watch for new shoots to indicate the end of the dormancy which can last two weeks to three months.
