Hoya Kerrii is a plant that will do well in almost any lighting situation. It will grow in shady spots but sunlight is also acceptable. Dark places are not good though. This is a good plant for almost anywhere in your home or office.
It does not like to have its roots wet so it is best to let it dry between waterings to prevent root rot. It requires a well-draining soil with pumice and/or perlite. You don’t need to worry about humidity levels with this plant.
Hoyas do not require a lot of fertilizer but will bloom better when fertilized. Follow the instructions for any general-purpose houseplant fertilizer.
