Ficus Ginseng is a perfect plant for bonsai because of it’s large root and ornamental foliage.

It needs bright, indirect light for best results. Make sure it stays warm and is not in a drafty spot.

Water when the surface of the soil is really dry. It will need more water in the summer when it gets more light. This plant enjoys high humidity so a saucer with pebbles and water or a humidifier will ensure the best results. Do not allow it to sit in water though.

Repot in the Spring or Fall every two years. This is almost mandatory. It is also important to clean the leaves regularly.
