💧 Keep evenly moist
🪴 Well-draining mix
⚠️ Toxic to pets (onion family)
Care
Light
Chives do best in full sun but tolerate a little afternoon shade. A sunny windowsill works well indoors.
Water
Keep the soil moist but never soggy, and make sure the pot drains freely.
Soil & Feeding
Use well-draining soil and feed monthly with a balanced fertilizer for steady, lush growth.
Quick Tip
Snip stalks near the base with scissors — the plant keeps producing fresh leaves all season, and is cold-hardy enough to return each year.
