Aralia Eligantissima requires bright to moderate filtered light. Direct sun will cause the leaf tips and edges to turn brown.
Allow the soil to dry about an inch deep between waterings and do not allow the pot to stand in water. These plants would rather be dry than wet so do not overwater.
Aralia Eligantissima does not require much fertilizer, just once or twice a year should be sufficient. However, if you would like quicker growth, you can use a general houseplant fertilizer more often. Follow the instructions on the package.
This plant does not like to be moved so if you do want to move it make the change gradually and do not move it in winter.
