Aloe Vera thrives in bright and indirect light or artificial light. Do not put in direct sunlight.

Since it is a succulent, use a well-draining potting mix, such as those made for cacti and succulents. Do not use soil. It should be watered deeply but infrequently. Even less often in winter.

Fertilize once or twice a year using a general-purpose houseplant fertilizer.
