Florida Beauty requires bright, indirect light. The leaves will drop or turn brown if the light it too high but will lose it’s intense coloring if the light is too low. Keep out of drafts.
Keep the soil moist but do not overwater and do not allow to stand in water. This plant likes high humidity and will do best if misted regularly.
Do not plant this in a pot that is too large. It likes to be snug.
You do not need to fertilize aglaonema but doing so once or twice a year using a general purpose houseplant fertilizer will give the best results.
